Reviews & Customer Ratings
On this page, we explain where the reviews on wtwstore.com come from and how we ensure they are based on real customer experiences.
Section 1Source of our reviews
The reviews you see on wtwstore.com are collected via Trustpilot, an independent third party specialising in customer reviews.
- After placing an order with WTW Store, customers may receive an invitation from Trustpilot to write a review.
- Reviews are published on Trustpilot and then displayed on our website (for example via widgets).
- WTW Store cannot create reviews on behalf of customers.
Section 2Real and verified experiences
We consider it important that reviews are based on genuine experiences. Therefore:
- review invitations are generally sent only to customers who placed an order or had actual contact with us about a purchase or service;
- each reviewer can leave a rating only through their own Trustpilot account;
- Trustpilot checks reviews for, among other things, spam, inappropriate language, and potential fake reviews.
This helps ensure that reviews come from people with a real purchase or service experience — in other words, “real reviews”.
Section 3How we handle positive and negative reviews
- WTW Store does not pay for positive reviews and does not reward customers for leaving a particular rating.
- We do not remove negative reviews simply because they are negative.
- If a review may violate Trustpilot’s guidelines (e.g., offensive content or not based on a genuine experience), we can report it to Trustpilot for investigation.
- Whenever possible, we respond to reviews to help resolve issues together with the customer.
Section 4Trustpilot review policy
Trustpilot applies its own guidelines for reviewers and businesses. You can read these guidelines on Trustpilot’s website:
