Shipping and Delivery
On this page you will find an overview of our carriers, delivery times, shipping costs, and how your order is delivered.
Section 1Shipping at a glance
- WTW Store currently delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Parcel shipments up to 30 kg are sent via UPS (typically 1–2 business days after dispatch).
- Large and heavy orders are delivered on pallets via our dedicated logistics partners.
- For orders above € 3,500.00 excl. VAT, delivery is free for both the Netherlands and Belgium.
The exact shipping cost and the selected carrier are always shown before you place your order, in the cart and at checkout.
Section 2Shipping costs (Netherlands)
For delivery within the Netherlands, we use different UPS rate tiers based on weight and postcode area. Key points:
- Free delivery for orders above € 3,500.00 (excl. VAT), regardless of postcode area.
- For standard UPS parcels up to 30 kg, shipping starts from approximately € 6.88 per shipment (0–2 kg). Heavier parcels have step-by-step higher rates.
- Very heavy or bulky orders are shipped on pallets. Costs depend on total weight and start from around € 110,- per pallet.
In your cart and at checkout you will always see the applicable rate for your order, calculated based on weight, destination, and order value.
Section 3Shipping costs (Belgium)
For delivery to Belgium, we use similar weight classes and also ship via UPS and pallet freight where required.
- For Belgium, the same applies: free delivery for orders above € 3,500.00 (excl. VAT).
- Standard UPS parcels up to 30 kg start from approximately € 7.54 per shipment (0–2 kg). As weight increases, shipping costs increase in fixed steps.
- Large and heavy shipments are delivered on pallets. Shipping costs start around € 110,- per pallet, depending on weight and delivery address.
The exact shipping cost for your address in Belgium is calculated automatically and shown in your cart and during checkout.
Section 4No extra (hidden) fees
- We do not charge administration fees or separate handling fees.
- We charge no surcharges for your chosen payment method (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Mollie); you only pay the product price, VAT, and any shipping costs.
- All costs are clearly specified before you finalise your order.
Section 5How costs are shown during checkout
- As soon as you add products to your cart and enter your delivery address, shipping costs are calculated automatically.
- On the cart page you will see an initial overview of products, VAT, and shipping costs.
- On the checkout page (one-step checkout), we show the full total (including shipping and VAT) before you click “Pay for order”.
- By ticking the box for the terms and conditions, you confirm that you have reviewed your order and all details.
Section 6Delivery time & order processing
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typical lead times are:
- In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after we receive payment.
- After dispatch, UPS usually delivers parcels in the Netherlands and Belgium within 1–2 business days.
- Pallet shipments and deliveries to hard-to-reach areas may take 1 extra business day.
If an item has a different lead time (for example pre-order or not immediately in stock), we will indicate this as clearly as possible on the product page or contact you.
Section 7Track & Trace and delivery when you’re not home
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email includes a Track & Trace link from UPS or our logistics partner so you can follow your shipment online.
Via Track & Trace you can usually see the planned delivery day and — where available — a delivery time window.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery
- The carrier will usually first try to deliver to you or, where possible, to an immediate neighbour.
- If that is not possible, the parcel may be delivered to a UPS Access Point / pickup location, or a new delivery attempt may be scheduled.
- You will be informed via the Track & Trace status and/or a notice in your mailbox.
Options can vary by address and carrier. Always check the Track & Trace page for the latest information about your shipment.
