1Overview of available payment methods

In our webshop you can safely complete your order using the following payment methods:

1. Pay on delivery (to the courier/delivery driver).
2. Direct bank transfer to the business bank account of WTW Store.
3. Online credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard) via Mollie.
4. Apple Pay via Mollie.
5. Google Pay via Mollie.
6. Klarna (pay later) via Mollie.
7. Bancontact via Mollie.

Depending on future expansions, additional payment methods may be added later. Any new methods will always be displayed on this page and in the checkout.

Payment fees: we do not charge extra costs for any of the payment methods listed above. You only pay the total amount of your order as shown in the checkout. We therefore do not apply a surcharge for a specific payment method. If a surcharge is applied in the future, it will never be higher than the actual costs we pay to our payment provider for that payment method.

2Direct bank transfer

You can transfer the total amount of your order directly to the bank account of WTW Store. The payment details are also included in the order confirmation e-mail.

Please always include your order number as the reference with your bank transfer, so we can quickly match your payment to your order.

Your order will be processed and shipped once the payment has been credited to our bank account. Please note that a bank transfer may take one to a few business days, depending on your bank.

2aPay on delivery (to the courier)

You can choose to pay at the moment of delivery. In that case, you pay the total amount directly to the courier/delivery driver upon delivery.

Please make sure you have the amount ready at delivery. Availability can vary by region and order situation; the checkout will show whether this payment method is available at that moment.

3Online payments via Mollie

For online payments, WTW Store uses Mollie, a recognised payment service provider. You pay in a secure payment environment and are then automatically returned to our website to confirm your order.

Available online payment methods via Mollie:

1. Mollie – online credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard)
   You can pay with the most widely used credit cards, namely Visa and Mastercard. During checkout, choose credit card, enter the required details and confirm the payment.
2. Mollie – Apple Pay
   If Apple Pay is enabled on your device, you can select Apple Pay during checkout and complete the payment via your Apple Wallet.
3. Mollie – Google Pay
   When Google Pay is available on your device or browser, you can choose Google Pay and confirm the payment using your stored payment methods.
4. Mollie – Klarna (pay later)
   If available, you can pay via Klarna (pay later). The exact Klarna options may vary by country and customer profile and are shown during checkout.
5. Mollie – Bancontact
   Bancontact is a widely used payment method in Belgium. When available, you can select Bancontact and complete the payment via your trusted banking environment.

The availability of the payment methods above may vary depending on country, bank or device. In the checkout, only the methods that are available to you at that moment will be shown automatically.

4Security and payment processing

All online payments via Mollie are processed through an encrypted (SSL) connection. Sensitive payment details are not stored by WTW Store, but are processed exclusively by the payment provider in accordance with applicable security and privacy guidelines.

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and your order will be processed according to the stated delivery terms. If a payment fails or is cancelled, you can return to the checkout and choose a different payment method.
