Article 1Statutory warranty & right of withdrawal

All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is, or must do, what the consumer may reasonably expect. Some products may also be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.

In addition, as a consumer you have a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases (right of withdrawal). This means you can cancel the contract within a certain period without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal is separate from the statutory warranty and any manufacturer warranties or additional guarantees.

Article 2Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), physically takes possession of the (last) product.

Article 3How can you use the right of withdrawal?

If you want to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us within the withdrawal period by means of an unequivocal statement. You can do this, for example, via:

1. an e-mail to info@wtwstore.com,
2. a letter by post, or
3. the contact form on our website.

You may use the model withdrawal form (see the PDF at the top of this page), but this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Article 4Effects of withdrawal (refund)

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you up to that moment, including the delivery costs of standard delivery.

Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us (for example express or time-slot delivery) will not be reimbursed.

In case of a partial return (you keep part of your order), the shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will reimburse you as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Article 5Returning the goods & costs

After notifying your withdrawal, you must return the products as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days to us, or hand them over.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you, unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Article 6Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In certain cases, the right of withdrawal may be excluded. This applies, for example, to:

1. Made-to-order products or products manufactured according to your specifications.
2. Products that are clearly personal in nature.
3. Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

If the right of withdrawal does not apply to a specific product, we will clearly state this on the relevant product page.
