The\r\n              consumer\r\n              will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and\r\n              functioning of the product. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product\r\n              themselves,\r\n              the entrepreneur may withhold reimbursement until they have received the product or until the consumer\r\n              provides proof that the product has been returned, whichever is earlier.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The entrepreneur uses the same means of payment for reimbursement as the consumer used, unless the\r\n              consumer\r\n              agrees to another method.
