<li>\r\n              Estos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones se aplican a toda oferta realizada por el empresario y a todo contrato a distancia celebrado entre el empresario y el consumidor.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available\r\n              to\r\n              the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate \u2014 before the distance\r\n              contract is concluded \u2014 how the terms and conditions can be inspected at the entrepreneur\u2019s premises and\r\n              that\r\n              they will be sent free of charge to the consumer as soon as possible upon request.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these terms and conditions may, by way\r\n              of\r\n              exception to the previous paragraph and before the distance contract is concluded, be made available to\r\n              the\r\n              consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable medium. If this\r\n              is\r\n              not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms and conditions can be consulted\r\n              electronically\r\n              and that they will be sent free of charge electronically or otherwise upon the consumer\u2019s request.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              If specific product or service conditions also apply in addition to these terms and conditions, paragraphs\r\n              2\r\n              and 3 apply accordingly, and in the event of conflicting terms the consumer may always invoke the\r\n              provision\r\n              that is most favourable to them.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n          <\/ol>\r\n        <\/article>\r\n\r\n        <article class=\"wtw-terms-article\" id=\"artikel-4\">\r\n          <h2><span>Art\u00edculo 4<\/span>La Oferta<\/h2>\r\n          <ol>\r\n            <li>\r\n              If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated\r\n              in\r\n              the offer.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products, digital content and\/or services\r\n              being\r\n              offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to properly assess the offer. If\r\n              the\r\n              entrepreneur uses images, they are a truthful representation of the products, services and\/or digital\r\n              content\r\n              offered. As long as receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by the\r\n              entrepreneur,\r\n              the consumer may dissolve the agreement.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and\r\n              organisational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and will ensure a safe web environment.\r\n              If\r\n              the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will observe appropriate security measures.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Within the legal framework, the entrepreneur may obtain information about whether the consumer can meet\r\n              their\r\n              payment obligations, as well as all facts and factors relevant to responsibly entering into the distance\r\n              contract. The\r\n              consumer\r\n              will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and\r\n              functioning of the product. The guiding principle is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the\r\n              product\r\n              as they would be allowed to do in a shop.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The consumer is only liable for diminished value of the product resulting from handling of the product\r\n              that\r\n              goes beyond what is permitted in paragraph 1.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The consumer is not liable for diminished value of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided the\r\n              consumer with all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before or at the conclusion\r\n              of\r\n              the agreement.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n          <\/ol>\r\n        <\/article>\r\n\r\n        <article class=\"wtw-terms-article\" id=\"artikel-8\">\r\n          <h2><span>Article 8<\/span>Ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento del consumidor y los costes correspondientes<\/h2>\r\n          <ol>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Si el consumidor ejerce el derecho de desistimiento, notificar\u00e1 al empresario dentro del per\u00edodo de desistimiento mediante el formulario modelo de desistimiento o de otra manera inequ\u00edvoca.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              As soon as possible, but within 14 days from the day following the notification referred to in paragraph\r\n              1,\r\n              the consumer returns the product or hands it to (an authorised representative of) the entrepreneur. If the entrepreneur has not stated that the\r\n              consumer must bear these costs, or if the entrepreneur indicates that they will bear the costs themselves,\r\n              the\r\n              consumer does not have to bear the costs of return.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              If the consumer withdraws after first expressly requesting that the performance of the service or the\r\n              supply\r\n              of gas, water or electricity that is not prepared for sale in a limited volume or specific quantity begins\r\n              during the withdrawal period, the consumer owes the entrepreneur an amount proportional to that part of\r\n              the\r\n              obligation performed by the entrepreneur at the time of withdrawal, compared to full performance of the\r\n              obligation.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The consumer does not bear any costs for the performance of services or supply of water, gas or\r\n              electricity\r\n              that is not prepared for sale in a limited volume or quantity, or for the supply of district heating, if:\r\n              <ol type=\"a\">\r\n                <li>\r\n                  the entrepreneur has not provided the consumer with the legally required information about the right\r\n                  of\r\n                  withdrawal, the reimbursement of costs in the event of withdrawal, or the model withdrawal form; or\r\n                <\/li>\r\n                <li>\r\n                  the consumer has not expressly requested commencement of the performance of the service or supply of\r\n                  gas,\r\n                  water, electricity or district heating during the withdrawal period.\r\n                <\/li>\r\n              <\/ol>\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              El consumidor no asume ning\u00fan coste por la entrega total o parcial de contenido digital no suministrado en un soporte tangible, si:\r\n              <ol type=\"a\">\r\n                <li>\r\n                  prior to delivery, the consumer did not expressly agree to the commencement of performance of the\r\n                  agreement before the end of the withdrawal period;\r\n                <\/li>\r\n                <li>\r\n                  the consumer did not acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal by giving consent; or\r\n                <\/li>\r\n                <li>the entrepreneur failed to confirm the consumer\u2019s statement.<\/li>\r\n              <\/ol>\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Si el consumidor ejerce el derecho de desistimiento, todos los acuerdos adicionales quedan resueltos por ministerio de la ley.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n          <\/ol>\r\n        <\/article>\r\n\r\n        <article class=\"wtw-terms-article\" id=\"artikel-9\">\r\n          <h2><span>Article 9<\/span>Obligaciones del empresario en caso de desistimiento<\/h2>\r\n          <ol>\r\n            <li>\r\n              If the entrepreneur allows the consumer to notify withdrawal electronically, they will send an\r\n              acknowledgement\r\n              of receipt promptly after receiving such notification.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The entrepreneur reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the\r\n              entrepreneur for the returned product, promptly and no later than 14 days after the day on which the\r\n              consumer\r\n              notifies the entrepreneur of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product\r\n              themselves,\r\n              the entrepreneur may withhold reimbursement until they have received the product or until the consumer\r\n              provides proof that the product has been returned, whichever is earlier.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The entrepreneur uses the same means of payment for reimbursement as the consumer used, unless the\r\n              consumer\r\n              agrees to another method. A public auction means a sales method whereby products,\r\n              digital\r\n              content and\/or services are offered by the entrepreneur to the consumer who is personally present or is\r\n              given\r\n              the opportunity to be personally present at the auction, under the direction of an auctioneer, and whereby\r\n              the\r\n              successful bidder is obliged to purchase the products, digital content and\/or services;\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Contratos de servicios, tras la ejecuci\u00f3n completa del servicio, pero solo si:\r\n              <ol type=\"a\">\r\n                <li>la ejecuci\u00f3n haya comenzado con el consentimiento previo expreso del consumidor; y<\/li>\r\n                <li>the consumer has declared that they lose the right of withdrawal once the entrepreneur has fully\r\n                  performed the agreement;<\/li>\r\n              <\/ol>\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>Package travel as referred to in Article 7:500 of the Dutch Civil Code and passenger transport\r\n              contracts;<\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Service agreements for providing accommodation where the agreement provides for a specific date or period\r\n              of\r\n              performance and other than for residential purposes, goods transport, car rental services and catering;\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Contratos relativos a actividades de ocio cuando el contrato prevea una fecha o un per\u00edodo espec\u00edfico de ejecuci\u00f3n;\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Products manufactured according to the consumer\u2019s specifications, which are not prefabricated and which\r\n              are\r\n              produced on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended\r\n              for a\r\n              specific person;\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>Productos que se estropean r\u00e1pidamente o que tienen una vida \u00fatil limitada;<\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose\r\n              seal\r\n              has been broken after delivery;\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>Productos que, tras la entrega, se mezclan de forma inseparable con otros productos por su naturaleza;<\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas cuyo precio se acord\u00f3 en el momento de la celebraci\u00f3n del contrato, pero cuya entrega solo puede tener lugar despu\u00e9s de 30 d\u00edas, y cuyo valor real depende de fluctuaciones del mercado sobre las cuales el empresario no tiene ninguna influencia;\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>Grabaciones de audio y v\u00eddeo precintadas y software inform\u00e1tico cuyo precinto haya sido roto tras la entrega;<\/li>\r\n            <li>Peri\u00f3dicos, revistas o publicaciones peri\u00f3dicas, con excepci\u00f3n de las suscripciones a las mismas;<\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              El suministro de contenido digital que no se facilite en un soporte material, pero solo si:\r\n              <ol type=\"a\">\r\n                <li>la ejecuci\u00f3n haya comenzado con el consentimiento previo expreso del consumidor; y<\/li>\r\n                <li>el consumidor ha declarado que por ello pierde su derecho de desistimiento.<\/li>\r\n              <\/ol>\r\n            <\/li>\r\n          <\/ol>\r\n        <\/article>\r\n\r\n        <article class=\"wtw-terms-article\" id=\"artikel-11\">\r\n          <h2><span>Article 11<\/span>El Precio<\/h2>\r\n          <ol>\r\n            <li>\r\n              During the period of validity stated in the offer, the prices of the products and\/or services offered will\r\n              not\r\n              be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              By way of exception to the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur may offer products or services whose\r\n              prices\r\n              are subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence, at\r\n              variable\r\n              prices. If agreed, the\r\n              entrepreneur\r\n              also guarantees that the product is suitable for use other than normal use.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              Any additional warranty provided by the entrepreneur, their supplier, manufacturer or importer never\r\n              limits\r\n              the statutory rights and claims the consumer can assert against the entrepreneur under the agreement if\r\n              the\r\n              entrepreneur has failed to perform their part of the agreement.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              An additional warranty means any undertaking by the entrepreneur, their supplier, importer or producer\r\n              whereby\r\n              they grant the consumer certain rights or claims that go beyond what they are legally obliged to do if\r\n              they\r\n              have failed to perform their part of the agreement.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n          <\/ol>\r\n        <\/article>\r\n\r\n        <article class=\"wtw-terms-article\" id=\"artikel-13\">\r\n          <h2><span>Article 13<\/span>Entrega Y Cumplimiento<\/h2>\r\n          <ol>\r\n            <li>\r\n              The entrepreneur will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products\r\n              and\r\n              when assessing requests for the provision of services.\r\n            <\/li>\r\n            <li>El lugar de entrega es la direcci\u00f3n que el consumidor ha comunicado al empresario.<\/li>\r\n            <li>\r\n              With due observance of what is stated in Article 4 of these terms and conditions, the entrepreneur will\r\n              execute\r\n              accepted orders with due speed, but at the latest within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has\r\n              been\r\n              agreed.
